The Karangura Peak is 3,012m ABS with beautiful views at the summit. The hike to the summit leads uphill through rainforest and Past Mountain marshes. The area is rich in primates such as the black and white Colubus monkeys, blue monkey. From the summit there is a beautiful view of the Ruwenzori. The hike takes 8-9 hours from kazingo village and ends in Nyabuswa village.
